Abstract

This document describes the setup for the LECO GC-TOF mass spectrometry instrument in preparation for metabolomics GCxGC-MS analysis of serum samples processed from patient whole blood at the IUSCC clinic and transferred to the Raftery Metabolomics Analysis Laboratory.
