Patient Data Collection and Blood Sample Acquisition |

Clinical and sample tracking information is collected for consented patients enrolled in the Colorectal Cancer Pilot Study funded by the Department of Defense. Clinical data is collected from questionnaires, patient records, pathology reports, and physician notes. Samples are collected at IU Hospital, IU Cancer Center, Wishard Hospital and IU Health Arnett Hospital. All samples are processed at IU Cancer Center. Sample aliquots are distributed to "omic" laboratories at IU Medical School, IU Bloomington, and Purdue University.
