the netCDF format

Hi Sir,

I’m currently doing research on the GCxGC netCDF file, and I’d discovered that the netCDF output from the ChromaTOF software is lacking the data of 2nd retention time dimension. The file only contains 1st retention time & Intensity, without 2nd retention time which becomes an obstacles on generating the 3D surface image. So here’s my question, is this the alignment tool only available to do alignment in 2D GCxGC data, but not 3D GCxGC data?

I wonder have you met this problem when processing netCDF data?
